"Wow, I love Thai food and have been to some very expensive Thai restaurants, however, the combination of quality and value offered by Thongs is outstanding. Every dish was delicious and I am so glad we now know about this wonderful restaurant. We will be reordering very soon and regularly."

"The waitress Urmila welcomed me soon as I came in and was very professional and polite. I ordered fish cake, crackers, grilled steak beef with egg fried rice and I mentioned if they did a chilli version but she catered for me as they didn’t have this in the menu and specially made a side sauce with chilli sauce and spices. Even my sauce for the crackers she added some chilli sauce for me which was very attentive. Food tasted great and was very happy."

The chicken satay was moist and flavourful, the tofu starter was INCREDIBLE - such a good texture and taste I don’t know how they managed it The pad see ew was great and tasted as good as any I’ve had in Thailand. The chorizo fried rice was new, interesting and very tasty!"

"I’m so pleased we finally made it to Thong last night, and all I can say is, "Wow!" This is, without a doubt, our new favourite local spot for Thai food. The atmosphere was so welcoming from the moment we stepped in. It's clear that this is a family-run place, with a warmth and sincerity that you don't find at a big chain. The decor is elegant, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and attentive, offering recommendations and making us feel right at home. And then there was the food. Oh, the food. We started with the papaya salad and summer vegetable roll. Both top notch. Next, we had steamed seabass and beef with Thai Basil, followed by vegetarian Pad Thai. All delicious. And all reasonably priced for the exceptional quality. Fresh ingredients, incredible execution, and genuinely lovely service. We're already planning our return trip to work our way through the rest of the menu. Can’t wait!"
